Our articles, guides, Real Estate Wealth Map™ and calculators help you understand financing decisions. They provide general education. They do not determine your eligibility, constitute a financing commitment or replace advice about your circumstances.
Financing rules and products can change. A historical article, recording or example may describe the rules at the time it was created. Review the date, assumptions and qualifications attached to a resource. Calculator results depend on your inputs and the assumptions shown; estimates are not lender approvals, property valuations or confirmed closing statements.
Streetwise Mortgages acts as a mortgage brokerage. A lender decides whether to offer financing and on what terms. A general enquiry, resource request or review request does not guarantee approval, a particular rate, payment reduction or access to equity.
Requests and brokerage services
Submitting a form sends the request described by that form. It does not book an appointment unless the booking process expressly confirms one, submit a mortgage application or create a lender commitment.
The Financing Roadmap™ and Portfolio Financing Review discovery and review process is complimentary. Recommendations depend on your goals and the information reviewed. If you proceed with a financing transaction, the applicable disclosures and agreements explain any relevant fees, compensation and responsibilities before you commit. These website terms do not replace them.
Tax, legal, investment and insurance decisions may require advice from the appropriate professional. Examples on this website should be evaluated against your circumstances before acting.
Resources and other websites
Resource pages explain what is provided and how to receive it. Event dates and specific offers apply only as stated. A closed campaign does not extend an expired rebate or registration offer.
Links to lenders, publishers, video hosts, related brands and other organisations take you to services they operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Identify the business you are dealing with before providing information or entering an agreement.

Streetwise enquiry and appointment texts
If a Streetwise text programme is offered, the following information applies to that programme. The sign-up notice identifies its subjects and the permission requested.
If you choose to receive Streetwise enquiry and appointment texts, we use the mobile number you provide to respond about your request and coordinate your appointments. This permission does not include mortgage promotions. Choosing not to receive texts does not prevent you from contacting us by phone or email. Providing a mobile number alone does not enrol you in text marketing.
Message frequency varies with your enquiry and appointments. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Your mobile carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to stop messages in the programme. You may receive one confirmation of your request. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@streetwisemortgages.com.
For an active matter, contact us by phone or email if you need another way to communicate after stopping texts. SMS permission for Streetwise Mortgages does not enrol you in another company's programme.
