SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out by replying “STOP” to any message.

Email Communications

Each email we send contains an unsubscribe link allowing you to opt out of future communications.

Information Sharing

We don’t share information about you except as necessary to complete your mortgage application and secure financing. However, we may collect, use or disclose information without your consent if we:

• Are obligated or permitted to do so for legal reasons
• Use outside companies to do work for us involving your information
• Need to protect Streetwise’s interests

Data Location and Transfer

Your information may be securely used, stored or accessed in other countries and may be subject to the laws of those countries. Your information may be transferred within the Streetwise Group network.

You can review your personal information held by us and make corrections by contacting your Streetwise advisor. You may be asked to put your request in writing. We respond to requests promptly, always within 30 days.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the products and services you’re using, to offer you products and services when you are a customer, or to meet legal requirements.

Our employees who have access to your information are trained on confidentiality requirements. Each employee must agree that maintaining confidentiality is a condition of employment with Streetwise.
