Dalia founded Streetwise Mortgages in 2011 after a career in banking and wealth management. Working with property investors made one issue clear: the mortgage available for a purchase does not, by itself, tell you whether it supports the investor’s longer-term plans.
She developed the Financing Roadmap™ around that relationship. It starts with what a client wants to achieve, then considers income, assets, mortgages and the financing decisions ahead.
Under her leadership, the Streetwise team has funded $2 billion in mortgages. The firm’s work brings together specialist mortgage advice, underwriting and client support.
