By using Streetwise Mortgages' services, including our website, SMS communications, and mortgage brokerage services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

User Responsibilities

Broker Relationship

Streetwise Mortgages acts as a mortgage broker, not a lender. We work on your behalf to find suitable mortgage products from our network of lenders. While we strive to find the best solution for your needs, we cannot guarantee approval or specific terms.

No Guarantee of Approval

Fees and Compensation

Streetwise Mortgages may receive compensation from lenders for successfully arranged mortgages. Any fees payable by you will be clearly disclosed in writing before you commit to any product or service. You have the right to decline any product or service based on fee disclosure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streetwise Mortgages shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data
• Lender decisions, delays, or denials
• Changes in interest rates, lending policies, or market conditions
• Errors or omissions in information provided by third parties

Intellectual Property

All content on Streetwise Mortgages' website, marketing materials, educational resources, and proprietary systems, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and educational content, is the property of Streetwise Mortgages and protected by Canadian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Your personal and financial information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation, including PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act). Severability
